Committee Responsibilities
The Pack Committee provides leadership and direction for the Pack's annual program. The committee meets every first Thursday of the month to discuss and plan upcoming events. Committee members collaborate with parents to plan out the program year and to ensure a fun, engaging (and safe!) experience for all Pack members.
Den Leader Responsibilities
Den leaders provide each age-specific rank with a monthly program based on the Cub Scout rank requirements. Den leaders are provided with resources to help them plan meetings and activities for their den. Each den works on age-appropriate "adventures" that teach cub scouts through fun and engaging activities. Den leaders are also voting members of the Pack Committee.

Safety: All adults involved with the Pack must undergo a criminal background check and complete BSA Youth Protection Training every two years. These requirements are for the safety and protection of our Cub Scouts.
Training: The BSA provides many opportunities for adult leaders to develop their knowledge and skills of the Cub Scout program to ensure that all Cub Scouts receive a great experience. Den leaders complete position-specific training to get an understanding of the operations of a den and pack. The BSA also provides outdoor training so adults have the skills necessary to plan and implement safe outdoor events.
Fees: The Pack pays the annual adult registration fees for all adult leaders. The Pack can also provide financial assistance to registered adult leaders for training.
